Well at least young un and pie chucker have made run rate less disastrous than it looked like being.

 

A laughing stock now, like I say, still neck and neck as to who win a game next - Yorkshire or Wakefield Trinity, could be waiting a long time.

 

just sin this post after my earlier post, been a total embarrassing start, i can cope with the t20 us having off days or the other team clicks on the day, but things are drastically wrong as now on the whole

 

Luckily Joe Root is available to carry drinks for the Ragesthan Royals and Harry Brook can continue to play some pointless games (or not get picked) for rank bottom team SRH, while Adil Rashid has played a grand total of 2 games for them all season.

 

We’re bottom of both leagues.
So far, the signings haven’t been a great success… the bowlers have had individual success occasionally but we need a firey bowler and Edwards may prove to be good but his CV isn’t brilliant.

In normal circumstances, Gough and Gibson would be sacked but the Club ain’t got compensation money to pay.
I haven’t heard anything recently about the Saudi investors but they may be the only option to save things.
We’ll fight back but not sure when !

 

Heads up.

If anyone is planning to watch game this evening on You Tube, it's a 17.30 start due to New Road not having floodlights.

 

Looks like the England schedule is going to hinder Yorkshire even more. Can't see Root, Bairstow or Brook being available for many t20 games while the test matches are being played. Meanwhile, Lancashire have been told that Livingstone and Salt are available for the rest of the season, including knockout games if they're reached and Buttler for all the games from the roses match onwards.

 

Yorks won toss and will bat.
