If just one object comes over the top, I'm straight over to the stewards and will be filming the entire conversation. Suggest you do the same. If there are any safety incidents coming from the top tier (and I sincerely hope there aren't any), the Club will need evidence.
Just to say Vicky in the box office has just sorted me out with alternative seats. Big thanks to her......
2013 relegation 6 pointer v wendies their fans threw **** loads of coins over at fans in lower East stand. They would do it alright.
Think yourself lucky. I’m the one on the video in the black jumper who got thrown down 5 rows of seats. To make that day worse I was arrested outside the ground around half 6 when we’d finished celebrating after the game, even though the footage clearly showed me getting attacked first. I was let out at half 6 the following morning.
Seems harsh just filming/ blaming the stewards, I'd also try to film the Muppets throwing objects if it's evidence your after. Hopefully there's no need for any of it.
So you're the one the knocked the big fat Millwall bully out in the blue shirt? I shouldn't laugh but that was feking brilliant that. He asked for it aswell before the bed wetters start.
There's stuff that could inflict life changing injuries. A scolding hot pie filling, Bovril, tea, coffee etc. It doesn't bare thinking about. I might contact the club tomorrow and ask to move from block 501. I know they're at the side of me but if it's a repeat of Millwall. Just don't need that agro right now. It's supposed to be a release.
He actually started on an oldish guy before he took an ‘interest’ in me. At which point I told him to leave him alone and to clear off in as many words. His mate then hit me with a cheap shot before the lard arse pushed me. I luckily managed to grab hold of him to stop me falling at which point I slapped him, however I got abit carried away when I saw him go tumbling over and went for the first guy who threw the first punch and I was fairing ok, until the kid in the navy jacket came. Within seconds I felt like there was 10 of them around me, and it was easier to go down than be a hero. I rolled down a few rows, got back up and went down the gangway for a beer. Unfortunately it had locked up but o found a near 3/4 full pint outside near the windows looking out toward Wembley way. I necked that (owt for nowt) and sat with the same old boy who originally got hassled. His response? Ars tha got back up here? Last time I saw you tha wa flying into bottom tier. You can take the boy outa Goli and all that…. I went at a few, not because I wanted to but we honestly had no choice. It was pure carnage for what seemed like an eternity, I felt for the stewards too who were racially abused from the moment Fletcher scored after about 2 minutes. The worst part is I wasn’t even due to sit there, but my mum at last minute wanted a ticket to go. So I said I’d sit on my own to allow her to sit with the rest of our family who travelled.
Fair play for standing your ground pal. Looked a bad one falling down them seats lucky you wasn't injured.
It's not about blaming the stewards. It's about gathering evidence if there's an incident. I seriously hope there isn't one.
Just ordered 2 more tickets today. Does anyone know how long it will take to receive the tickets in an email?
