    Anyone reckon we’ve got any promotion clauses for these two?

    I suspect we were more in fire-sale mode last summer so didn’t insert anything like that. It’d be nice though!

    Possibly for Morris. Duff did say we had a sell on clause for him, whether we had a promotion clause is anyone’s guess. Suspect we just wanted Woodrow off the wage bill

    Guardian piece I read today said we got £1.3m plus add ons for Morris. So hopefully that means promotion coin!

    Charlton Morris won't get away with those blatant dives though in the Premierthing. Certainly not with Mr Var around watching him!. :oops:

    He's scored 20 goals and 7 assists this season in the Championship. Don't think he dived for every one of those 20 do you. I think if Luton don't go up he could get poached.

    Maybe the promotion clause was the other way around in Conway's days. We pay an extra percentage to Luton if they get promoted.

    Ipswich had a clause put into the deal in case he ever "plays for Jamaica". They get a 20% cut.

    I think I'd rather Coventry go up for selfish reasons. Good chance loads of clubs looking at Morris now after his season, may be a bidding war for him - think if they go up they'll definitely keep him
