I have to say I thought it was a red in real-time. I don’t blame the referee, I blame the tit in charge of VAR today.

Few neutral mates have messaged me and said it was harsh. Also said we should've had a penalty. Just typical decisions that have gone against us this season. Gets to a point when you think it HAS to be luck, but how can it be so consistently against us?

Never was a red. He deserved a yellow for it but he missed Gregory completely with the leading leg and then he's slid into gregorys body.

    Yellow at most.

Correct. He was clumsy and deserved a yellow for it. Ref was a twa.t. He really was.

There is one as Daughter just shown me it on her mates fb page. Think it would have been harsh to give that. But the sending off is a joke

Listen If you pressed the referee with the red card he can come up with a flimsy half hearted reason why it should've stood.

But that none penalty decision is indefensible. It really is.

Penalty was a weird one because you could easily dismiss it but Kitching clearly touched the ball first and then got kicked stopping him from playing on so how is it not a penalty?

The more you look at it, especially from other angles, its obvious why the ref thinks its a red. My first thought was ohh no that looks bad, and even more so at how Gregory reacts to it.
Its the refusal to use Var though that angers me the most, that's what its there for. To try and get a better look at it through slow mo, but no they were happy to let such a big decision stand, despite the fact that a whole season rests on the match.

Have to say, watches that reply a dozen times and it’s not a penalty for me. Looks 50/50 to me. If that had been given against us, I wouldn’t be happy. Never a red card in a million years though.

    I agree.
At first viewing no penalty but slowed down recording suggests otherwise.
The refusal of the ref to view recording is unacceptable.
    Changed the game.
The league got what they wanted.

I think we have a serious issue here
It’s cheating, pure and simple - something is very very wrong

There can genuinely be no explanation

accident? Even if Yes - Well it’s still a penalty

None of the penalties we conceded this season were as blatant as that. If we’d conceded that I’d have said fair enough. None of the ball, kicks the player who’s played the ball before him.

And I can 100% guarantee it’d have been given at the other end. They’re given in the premier league every week as well.

Just saying it as I saw it mate. Maybe I’m wrong. I think the red was a much bigger decision. Also Luca should have buried his chance. It’s a sore way to lose.
