None in the same league as the one on your avatar. That's definitely my favourite kit, along with the 1986-88 Sandal Bayern top with the white stripe down the side.

Not keen on horizontal stripes either on shirts or on socks. There's only so many things you can do with a red shirt. The Shaw Carpets star shirt was something else.

Since 2000, for me our best home shirt was the 15/16 one (always reminds me of Adam Hammill and his late 90s floppy hair), and the best away was the 16/17 one.

Velcro shirts and popper shorts. We've decided the only way refs will notice our players having their kits pulled is if it's ripped off them.

Aww mate it does bring back good memories, season 1988-89 ehh. With the Liverpool style all red kit and white trim, and Lyons Cakes as the sponsors ehh lol. :)

Cooper and Currie, the cup run. Very good side who with a bit of luck could have got in the playoffs.

That weird psychedelic Shaw Carpets thing in season 1989-90, was an absolute shocker, wasn't it lol.
Who created that shirt/kit, was it a young Paul Conway on Acid ?. :D

Yeah I could create a new thread all about this lol, season 1988-89 and the potential we had then as a team. We didn't just have Cooper and Currie up front, we also had Steve Agnew and Gwyn Thomas in midfield. :)

I thought JAQ had something to do with designing next season's kit?

I'm hoping the away kit is something clean and simple (like the Lyons Cakes one in Acido's avatar) next season. I wasn't really a fan of either the away or third kit this season.

I have been told this - and that the design is totally unlike anything seen before - at any club. The mind boggles. I’ve also been told that it has to be approved first.

Definitely for the ladies team. Not sure about the mens. But I reckon it'll be more of a fashion item than football shirt. :)

I've been very impressed with JAQ but her taste in fashion is....different to mine!
She did have a nice red suit on for the Final though.

Always think wake smith must be the luckiest firm around, sponsoring for 1 season and getting an FA Cup semi for TV exposure!
