    It's one thing after another.

    I'm not sure my mental health can take it anymore.

    I seriously can't cope any longer.

    & mental health services just keep passing me around. It's not fair.

    Mental health provision is very patchy on the NHS, but there's plenty of other support you can get, including on here. Hang in there mate. If you need anyone to talk to I'm here, as are many others on this BBS. The fact that you've made this post in the first place is an excellent starting point.

    Mental health services are completely swamped and poorly run unfortunately. It's a great crowd on here though, I've been through a lot of mental health issues both myself and with my wife. My inbox is open if you need talk pal.

    I'm sure all our love and thoughts are with you on here mate' don't hestitate to get yourself to A&E if you feel its getting too much for you' they have to help you' please don't sit suffering.

    Try and hang on in there mate.I had radio therapy for a brain tumor in March and currently having Chemo for Cancer on my Lung. Due to have MRI and CT scans in a fortnight to see if it’s good news or bad.
    If you read this ,try and think positive,as I am.
    And don’t forget the Reds are going up next season. Don’t go and miss that.

    Its terrible to find oneself in a situation where there seems no hope. I can, from personal experience, tell you there is. You are an important person and any issues you have dont alter the fact that you are. There is a wealth of help out there. There are people on here (its better than t'Samaritans on here sometimes) and at the end of the day you will get through things. You will. Chin up and keep talking to folk. Regards

    I fully recommend Andy's Man Club. Meet every Monday at 7pm. Non-judgemental, share as much or as little as you like. Sets me up for the week.

    Other than that, bounce off people on here. I'm sure there's any number who would answer a private message if you wanted to keep things a little less public.

    It might seem a bit corny to say but >90% of what causes us to feel down is genuinely temporary and better days will come. Don't take any permanent actions in response to temporary issues.
