I'm not sure I'd have the strength to remain positive with all that going on. I'm sure I'm not the only internet 'stranger' that's wishing you well. Fingers crossed you get good news.
We are all here. Shout out. I said this to my nephew this week, for which he later thanked me. "When you have hit rock bottom, things can only get better. If you take it one step further, things can never get better" Hang in there and scream if you need to. But we are here..
Go to A and E and speak to crisis team - had to donthat in past and sent someone round every couple of days to speak to me. Loads on here who will speak too - PM's all open
If you and Dawson want to get out for a walk and a chat I'm here.i live pretty close to Worsbrough res. Good walk ,fresh air, coffee.
Un you can stop talking like that for a start, you've got George to think about as well as yersen. Onwards and upwards Stephen lad.
Loads of offers of help here on this page mate. Don’t hesitate to take up some of them. As plobby says meet up go for a walk a coffee or a pint. Can’t do any harm and might just be the answer you are looking for.
Not wrong there. Platform 1 at Huddersfield train station won't take new referrals because of a eight month waiting list. They get people from job centre, police and many other places. Them being underfunded puts pressure on other places that can help. It would be cheaper for Councils to fund services now, than what it will cost them down the line dealing with way more people getting no help. There will come a time sadly when people who desperately need help are turned away because places don't have the funds to get the staff in to help more people.
No you don't or you wouldn't been saying that. You're just obviously very depressed with all you have going off. The fact you've been telling us all how you feel and what's going off means you want to be feel better, in time you will. Chin up fella.
Can’t really add anything to what many have already said. I’ve been there, and I mean really close to doing the unthinkable. I didn’t think I had anywhere else to go and anyone there for me. I did, I just didn’t realise it at the time. I’ll be real. I still have **** days. But they’re not as bad as they used to be and are far less often. To you TrueRed. And EVERYONE on the BBS……. My door is always open. I might not have the answers and I don’t know it all, we’re all different. But I will listen, and empathise.
Just going to add when I was at my lowest a few posters on here reached out by private message and it helped. And reading all the nonsense on here kept me sane some days. This really is a top community when people need help.
My mate is part of the Andy man's team in Barnsley drop your details on a pm and I will get him to reach out
Can someone PM me offering help with financial/rent advice? That would definitely one problem to get out of the way
