    Bit of a generalisation but all the Poles I have met and known have been honest, hard working, some a bit difficult to 'weigh up' at first as they can come across as 'hard' (like the photo) . Underneath that hard exterior they are decent, friendly, no nonsense types, although the few I knew came from the countryside so can't comment on the 'city types'.

    I auditioned with a band many years ago and the guitarist scared me shitless when I first met him (turned out his parents were Polish and emigrated to UK just before Germany invaded Poland) He gave me the hard stare throughout the audition and barely said a word just the occasional grunt. Turned out that he was a really great quiet guy and an excellent guitarist (especially brilliant after several bottles of Becks) in spite of being from Sheffield. Never understood why he was never in a big named band!

    I’d imagine he’s on less money than Kitch, Cundy, Anderson and whatever we contributed to Thomas wage, all 4 of those had championships/L1 experience, based on that I can’t see him being a direct replacement for Anderson or Thomas, we should have more wage budget to replace those 2 if we need to.

    He’s an obvious data driven signing though and sounds like a very exciting prospect, I doubt it’ll take him long to make an impact (or he’ll bugger of if not!)

    How do we pronounce his first name, is it Casper?
