No, but if you were looking at where we were spending the budget we could have used to sign Muskwe, it was being frittered away on Belgians that we weren’t even getting any value out of.

Again, not the point. I was getting at. The poster is making out Fleetwood offer more in wages than us.
I dont believe that to be the case. In the sense how do we know what we offered ? If indeed anything.
Who are these couple of signings and do we know if we offered terms. ? Just wondering how he comes to those conclusions ?

    Sopwith quote
Fleetwood have seen us off in the past with acouple of signings.. they pay more wages than us.

The lad they have just signed is apparently on
£4.5k pw. That is what he's under contract for at luton. Who may be paying most of his wages. And sent him out for game time and/or part of the wage bill reduced.
Tedic was on £13k+ pw apparently. I'm guessing we paid very little towards that sum.

If that's true, then that's another one for the footballs fecked thread. With sponsorship stuff that's knockin on 3/4 of a million pounds a year for a very average 23 year old footballer. Well done to the lad, but that is top level bonkers.

Tedics scoring record was worse than that I think.

There's a few sites quoting it mate.
Whether true or not your guess is as good as mine.
Been on that since signing for city in 2019. Contract runs out next year. Circa £3.4 m. In wages no wonder he wants to stay at city lol.

Slobodan Tedić earns £13,000 per week, £676,000 per year playing for Manchester City F.C. as a ST. Slobodan Tedić's net worth is £2,718,040. Slobodan Tedić is 22 years old and was born in Serbia. His current contract expires June 30, 2024.

If Tedic had started more he would have scored more, far too many games wasted with Cole and Norwood upfront together. Il be disappointed if we see that combination too many times next season.
