    wow ! -- had a bad day?
clearly this is personal (not sure what my balls have do with it all!) and offensive - (are you really sorry?) sadly a case of shooting the messenger not the message.
    hey-ho!
However I'm not going to be bullied off this site by you so can I suggest we let bygones be bygones and start afresh. COYR

I will take that as meaning you have absolutely sod all to back up your harmful defamatory claims. Something which you have a long history of making by the way. Instead of just making baseless allegations why don't you back them up? It isn't hard is it?

I still remember your completely false allegations of racism by me in the past and your refusal to remove or explain your defamation so don't go acting all innocent. False allegations ruin lives and you throw them out left right and centre without a care I the world yet you somehow think it makes you the next mother Teresa. It doesn't, it makes you a very warped and dangerous individual.

I say get some backbone and actually back up your ridiculous claims or retract them because what you do is wrong on so many levels. You're going to do it to the wrong person one day too.

I know I'm not angel on here but **** me, if I accuse someone of something I'll at least try to back it up. You choose to throw out allegations that have no substance at all and you don't seem to care what harm it can cause. Or are you too stupid to see the harm it can do?

Oh well. I notice that despite quite a few people asking you to explain your baseless allegations you still refuse to do so. That says more about you than anything else personally. You do not care who you harm with your false allegations and for that reason you ARE dangerous

Chill out guys. We should all be mates on here. And,Tekky if you're still reading this thread just check one of your previous posts and think about whether you should really be suggesting someone may be 'very strange'. Comments like that upset people and that kind of thing caused me to stop posting for a few months. Just think please. When threads deteriorate into petty squabbling we all lose out. This thread has generally been a good un.

I've thought for a while now that he's just a WUM and a knobhead with the goal of making 'woke' people look as stupid as possible and add fuel to the "they just get offended by anything" fire. He constantly accuses people of discrimination for no reason and then plays stupid whenever anyone asks him to elaborate.

Final Final comment... Given RT had previously called me an 'English supremacist' with absolutely NO justification, combined with some other unfounded accusations against others I thought using "'strange" as a rebuke was very mild. He has been 'dishing it out' so I am pretty sure was not 'upset' by it. Besides, I find it odd that, once again you chose my comment given how other posters have bee using 'colourful' descriptions like warped - dangerous - no-balls - no backbone - knobhead - stupid - strange - WUM.
Choosing my relatively mild response make me feel you have an agenda or an issue with me personally. Do you expect certain posters who make unfounded allegations to go unchallenged? I agree petty squabbling spoils a good debate but why do you feel the need to rebuke the responder rather than the initiator of those type of exchanges?

    Hi
I have no agenda against you whatsoever other than you appear to do the patronising/belittling of others quite a bit. You may think you dont. As to the comments about you being a white supremacist Im sure you're not but why not ask him to explain it? If you don't and he can't then he should apologise as should anyone who belittles other posters. As to your other comment asserting that he should be able to take the 'mild response' you have no idea that he can take it and how he will react to your comment, you simply dont. You shouldn't assume anything about peoples' emotional reactions. One of the reasons I stopped posting was because of comments which you had made which upset me personally. Bottom line is even if people are rude try not to descend to their level. I didn't just single you out either - I did ask other people to calm down as well if you recall. So no agenda and I dont hate you or anything. You're a barnsley fan like me and have feelings. I would just like all posters to be a bit kinder and gentler when disagreeing as words do hurt. My last comments on the matter. You did say you were also making no further contributions but if you wish to discuss matters further we could have a private chat. Cheers.

Glad that common sense was applied to the appeal if not the crazy comments on this thread (from all parties).

Society is misogynistic. Not sure anyone on here can control that.

I'm not usually one for controversial views, but I must be missing something here.
Why was it wrong to punish a woman who deceived the authorities in order to kill her baby because she got pregnant by the wrong man and who then continued to lie about it afterwards.
Why does she not deserve punishment?
I'm failing to see the difference between this and the next lowlife who murders their baby.
This wasn't a foetus, it was a viable life, a baby.
The only thing I can see is that those defending her believe that life commences when a child is outside the mother. Is that what I'm missing?

If a man had punched her in the stomach causing the loss of her baby, that would be wrong too, would we be saying a prison sentence wasn't correct? Its nothing to do with the purpotrator's sex, it's not misogynistic, it's simply that men can't have babies.......but that's another rabbit hole.

I personally find the defence of having kids meaning that you shouldn't go to prison is absolute horseshit. I know it might be harsh on the kids but that's all on the parent. Im not talking about this case in particular but I've seen it quite a few times in general. Two people commit an equal crime, one gets a longer sentence because they didn't shag someone and get a kid out of it. Shouldn't be a factor at all imo. The crime is what's important not the family life or job of the person who did it.

She has been punished. She's got a suspended sentence. Generally prison should be avoided as a punishment, persistent offending and violent crimes being the exception imo.

In my eyes she hasn’t been punished enough that was a viable life she decided to take
