    Had a BBC south Wales guy on saying That nothing will happen until Martin officially goes to Southampton. So thats the first step and when he goes he's taking 4 of his backroom staff with him.
    And no other names if the frame as far as he knows
    So if Duff ends up there he may take one of two with him.

    Well he did say that it's been dragging on for month.. but the word is now that a middle ground fee is agreed.. so hopefully we know Duff is going and we are using this time to get a replacement

    I don't know, imagine Duff wanting to go there, he's been or goes for talks then it falls through and he shuffles back to us, I don't think many will look upon him as the martyr

    It was a few days ago he was linked with spurs but nothing announced yet. Looks like duff was at least second choice behind him

    Very ackward time for backroom staff.. do they go, if asked or not. If not then, if new coach comes in and wants to bring his own team with him then there scuppered. Back down to the 21-18s or out the door. They normally end up leaving. Happens all the time.

    What if we actually appoint from within , it is not beyond the realms of possibility & would surely mean that some who might have left would stay & therefore we would not need to bring a whole package of new staff to the club , it worked before when we gave Andy Ritchie the gig & also under Hecky as well.
