    No shock and horror.
    Players managers offered huge wages elsewhere.
    This is life following BFC , its always been like this.
    Not renewed season ticket since 2019 .
    Doesn't fill you with inspiration to renew.
    Plenty of good coaches out there.
    I did think Duffy was here for the long term as he pointed out.
    However back to reality ,money talks.

    Always knew Duff would be poached. Nowt against him but you don't take the job and leave your family in the Cotswolds if you want to be shoveling coal for a living.

    Be interesting to see how it works out at Swansea for Duff as going from a style of football that was all about possession and playing out from the back to a team that will be happy to let the other team have the majority of possession. Considering the championship is going to be a much tougher league to implement compared to playing it at league one level.

    It’s almost the complete opposite direction to what we did after Val. The one thing that Duff and Swansea have going for them though, is that unlike the coaches we appointed at that time, Duff is competent.
