They can spend there money on what they want. We all waste money on stupid things this has cost them their lives unfortunately.
2 and a half miles deep without air…. There are no survivors. It was very unlikely there ever would have been. There are loads of thrill seekers doing dangerous things. Watch the TT fastest lap if you don’t believe me. It’s human nature to push for that buzz. Not my thing, but my thoughts are with their families.
All passengers dead after an implosion. Stupid risk to take or not god bless them. A horrible way to die. Maybe we can stop squabbling and leave this thread, like them, in peace.
At those depths and pressures, it was probably over before they could realise what happened. Its very likely they felt nothing at all.
It’s been political from the off, if you hadn’t noticed. For those of us who don’t bow to our supposed overlords and value all lives equally..
Very convenient to find out what happened bang on the estimated time that oxygen would run out. I hope for the sake of those onboard and their relatives that it's the truth though.
Ugh. I was just thinking that this was pretty good news given the circumstances and would allay my nightmares, then you've gone and said that! But yeah, I echo your last point. Fingers crossed it was as quick as the debris field suggests.
Because it was a funny comment. I found it funny anyway. This forum used to be full of funny comments when people didn't take themselves too seriously. And it made it a joy to read. Now we get people flouncing because, what? He took the piss a bit? Good. If he does the same with a post I make (particularly if it's so well observed) it will make my day better.
Humour is subjective something that you find funny I may not and visa versa. How much money these people had is irrelevant.
Absolutely, I fully agree with you. But you must concede he was trying to be funny, even if you didn't find it funny yourself. And as such, you just have the good grace to let it go. Surely? Sometimes people are deliberately provocative, but this was just an off the cuff (attempted) funny observation.
His funny pedantic comment about it not being illegal to holiday in France had nothing to do with how much money the people had. As you say, it’s irrelevant so I’m not sure why you’ve just brought something irrelevant up.
I said I didn't think it was illegal to cross the channel and enter another country without producing a passport. I'm not sure why this thread went all political people can spend there hard earned cash on what they want. I wouldn't do what they've done but rip to them. Last week the morgate thread went all political because you and a few others begrudged anyone renting a house out privately.
Have they found the alien starship yet? Edit, I'd not heard the news so this could be seen in bad taste, I apologise unreservedly
I mean, spending money on a shitty ebay purchase is not the same as risking yours and other lives life on a death trap of a joy ride. Here's James Cameron, listen here at 3:55 onwards.
