and he's ****** off, who we wanting in as new head coach? For a young, up and coming head coach (which is generally what we seem to go for) then I wouldn't mind us taking a look at the lad at Cambridge, Mark Bonner. I think he's done a good job there on a small budget.
Good shout Mark bonner would be a good appointment imo Wilder but he would want full contract of transfers not going to happen.
Jon Brady from Northampton. Got a promotion at Brackley with a 40 odd percent win rate. Joined Northampton and just got them promoted with another 40 odd percent win rate.
I'd take Darren Moore. He's by no means a bad manager, he knows the club, there's no compo to pay - so we can spend more on players, and clearly he can get players to believe in him.
Let's hope JFH is either on a nice earner at Sky or that he still hasn't worked out how to use Zoom yet. Not Moore or Wilder for me either. Bonner, maybe, Richardson, maybe, the lad at Northampton, maybe, Hurst, maybe, Williams, maybe. There's not an obvious stand out in the way that Duff was last season. The need is to act efficiently though both on the coaching and player fronts - really need all in place in the next week to ten days. Spectemur Agendo.
Somebody local, won't leave after a year, play how the club wants to play, not nicked off somebody else.
I don't think Moore would be getting mentioned if he hadn't played for us. Had a budget higher than most clubs in the league above and fluked promotion after being outplayed for 80 mins by ten men.
Leam Richardson maybe. Good record at Wigan and was harshly sacked. Be interesting if we go for someone with English league experience or some up n coming from abroad given our recent track record
He did but barring a blip run of results (started by us) they would have walked it. You can't not give Moore any credit for what he ultimately achieved...... Look at Chelsea, budget means nothing without the manager does it
