    If the appointee is a 2-3 year project man then he'd want to see evidence at the end of year 1 that he could build on that with the backing of the board as they move in to year 2. I'm not sure that the backing is forthcoming. I guess we'll never know why our more successful managers since PMG came onboard have jumped ship after one season. We might have a different front person but fundamentally the ownership of the Club remains PMG/The Crynes.
