    Think we did some reliable journos were already reporting we were close to signing him. Obviously with duff gone and us with no head coach it's a risk to come.

    We've got a perfectly good keeper in Collins. Signing Isted is / was not number one priority.

    Thinking the same, don't get me wrong he had an outstanding game at Wembley but we were still blaming him for the Bolton goal. Be reyt with Collins.

    Always need two decent experienced goalkeepers at this level, particularly with Collins injury record, so instead of one we know is decent, won't cost a fee and is on affordable wages we'll now need to find someone.

    Maybe Collins wouldn't have been happy sitting on the bench so we'd have had to recruit a GK either way.

    Not sure why people think Duff going would make Harry not want to come back here. The way he spoke about being with us he made it sound quite sure he'd be back. Another just spouting words that mean little.

    Possibly because Duff gave him assurances he'd go with Isted as number 1 for next season but with Duff not here and no manager yet to advise, it could have been either him or Collins and perhaps he didn't want the risk

    Seriously though, i like Isted but we have Collins who is just as good.
