    Got to love Barnsley fans…they are so deluded it’s unreal. They honestly think they are a big club who should be in the PL or something.

    Well Jack, I know hundreds of Barnsley fans and never have i ever heard one of them say we are a big club or that we deserve to be in the Premier League.

    However, I have heard owls fans bang on about being a sleeping giant, should be in the Premier League and drone on about attendances etc.

    Wednesday are not the best supported team in their own city - they were not even the best supported team in League One!

    So a few week before the POF many of their fans wanted him out, for the last couple of months throwing abuse at him (some racial abuse too)... but in that short space of time he's become too big to manage little old Barnsley in league one?!

    I told a Wednesday fan on Twitter last week that we’d appoint a caretaker manager until September and then we’ll have Darren Moore when Wednesday sack him. He replied “not happening mate”. And then less than 2 minutes later the news broke about him leaving. Responding to the Wednesday fan’s “not happening mate” was extremely enjoyable.

    I’m honoured that I made it into that thread. Apparently I’m deluded for not wanting Darren Moore as our manager.
    I’ve nothing against DM, but you don’t go from a manager who plays with a high press to a manager who plays the high ball and expect it all to work.

    we’ve been here before going from Vals hoof ball to schopps attempt at tippy tappy.
