I'm not really sure you've put your opinion aside there at all! Don't have any myself but I think you're being a bit unfair there. The places you go to are staffed by trained pros who take pride in their work and ensuring everything is sterile and safe. Just because you don't want one it doesn't mean they are all backstreet cowboys. Tattoos have been around for hundreds and hundreds of years it isnt a new thing!
What people do with their body is up to them though ultimately. I don't have any tattoo's, and it's something that's never appealed to me either. But if someone else wants to cover their body in them, then that's up to them.
When I was younger I was going to get one but never got round to it. Not a massive fan of them but each to their own.
I'll second this depending on what your wanting of course. But big pieces and portrait tattoos best about.
I never mentioned "back street cowboys". I have no idea how good these practitioners are but, based on the fact that you can pick up all kinds of dangerous bugs in hospitals, I'd rather not risk anything in a high street, or back street, shop which is clearly not a medical facility.
Yes it is their right, whether anyone else disagrees with it. I just find them plain ugly, even the "artistic" ones.
So you're making assumptions based upon zero experience whatsoever then. You seem to have a habit of contributing to threads that are of no interest to you and then pulling whatever interest or hobby it is apart (women's football for instance). May I suggest that if you have nothing positive to say for the OP just give it a miss in future?
Are you stalking me . Obviously you're easily offended so I suggest you don't read any of my posts. That might make you a bit happier.
Mine's a mash up of Duff, Val and Stendel. Luckily it's not finished yet so I'll be able to get some of the new guy in (if he's any good).
