    So frustrating, yet again seeing us already behind on Day 1. Neerav said we have strong plans in place to make sure we can react to these things. Will be interesting to see how long it takes us to get someone in. Every day without a new manager, is another day we fall further behind.

    I just hope it’s somebody who can train to get something out of a game they’ve gone behind in. It’d be a start.

    We'll not be behind on day one though.The first week is all about fitness and the programme will be in place tomorrow.

    I'm driving over to take it.
    I'm cheap, available and can be easily told what to do.
    My philosophy to the lads will be just run around aimlessly and see what happens. If you get the ball don't panic or fall over. And if it doesn't go right then blame someone else.

    Training tomorrow and no manager to take it UTTER SHAMBLES I make no wonder players are leaving they don't even know how long the manager will last The board need to pull their finger out or pack up sell the club to someone who knows about football and is ambitious about the team and the fans.

    Training would be taken by the fitness guys for the majority of the week regardless of their being a head coach in place or not.

    Genuine question - what do you mean by owners being ambitious? What do you expect from them?

    I guess the first few days at fitness tests and more physical work with the fitness coaches anyway. If we’ve not got anyone in by the end of the week I’d be getting worried

    One fringe player has left, who was out of contract. The Club tried to keep the manager, by offering an extended contract and improved terms. What more do you think they could have done?

    First week back, defiantly the first few days, the training will be done by the fitness team / sport scientists / medical department. Don't see it as a major issue the club failing to announce who will oversee it in my opinion.
