Because there's a lot of money gone on Wilder. Honestly, I'd be delighted if it is him, but he'd be taking a huge drop in wages from what he's used to.
Aye prepared to be surprised either cheap option in Disco ( nothing against him but not for me) or another goat herder from Lichtenstein none league way
Be great if it was' top manager at this level and i'd imagine the lads would want to play under him ' some of the potential leavers may end up staying..
Theres still betting and at evens the bookmakers would'nt dare keep the price up, so for that reason i'm out
No more betting we have a manager in the making anybody else see any betting, betting suspended at 18.00 hrs, Who the foook is it
His reputation taken a bit of a knock at boro and Watford's needs to rebuild somewhere far worse places than us is it such a pipe dream?
It won’t be Wilder, let’s be honest here. It’s probably Disco. Which would be underwhelming but there you go, he will get my full support.
Wouldn’t be the worst option. But I can’t see him taking it, it’s a risk for him. He can fail at Boro, Watford and still be a good appointment in the champ. Fail at Barnsley in league one, nobody is touching him again. Flip side, get us promoted and the first bit of interest he can leave the next day.
If this is in fact true, then I would be more than happy with his appointment. Would be a statement of intent by the board, however I will contain my excitement until anything is confirmed
I've just heard the same... From someone who doesn't tend to trade in rumors. Sounds like Wilder wanted it and we didn't have to do much persuading. No imminent announcement expected mind.
