    I guess that Khaled will be turning his phone off so that the clubs we've shafted by cancelling games won't be able to complain. Not like he's ever done that before of course

    Yes already booked a Premier Inn and train tickets. It’s 14 miles from my home so I thought it best. Seriously inconvenienced now…:(

    I've never bothered going there when we've played them before but decided to go this year. I enjoyed that 7-1 trouncing of York a few years ago so I thought, why not.

    PS It was obviously a poor attempt at humour above - I hadn't booked anything, obviously ;)

    I was going as well but extra early this time as there was an accident on Kirkstall Road a few years ago and parking nearby was impossible.
    We’ve only Hull left in away friendlies that we can attend I think ?

    Great. I'd planned to have Rovers supporting pals over for the Oakwell friendly and a bus ride from BD to Guiseley for this one and meet up with some Reds. I can't now do either.

    Plus there'll be zero hours staff losing much needed work over this, with hardly any notice in Guiseley's case.

    Very poor Barnsley, some apologies needed if the 'can't field a team' thing is true, which is embarrassing and insulting to Guiseley.

    After what felt like such positive news yesterday :rolleyes:

    Lol so they can...but what they aren't telling us is its the backroom staff playing at Flyde...these days due to age and dodgy knees they can only play once a week..lol
    Still a poor show on BFC part in my opinion ....at such short notice too....

    It might be because collins needs look at the squad. It might be various reasons but without explanation, it doesn't look good.

    Clearly we ‘can’ raise a team but we just dont want to. For whatever reason that the club dont want to share with us.

    Disgraceful behaviour from us shafting a non league team like that. I hope the club provides an honest update on this.

    Can the trust please take this up as well? We need to make sure we never do this again to a non league team.
