As was Schofield I would imagine. If it brings a company into disrepute putting it in a bad light. There will be parts in most companies terms, to that in effect if you step outside certain boundaries, will be gross misconduct. Even if not acting illegally.
And the accused may well have agreed a ‘settlement’ to drop the case. On the other hand, this is The Sun we’re dealing with. Up with The Mail for the most despicable rags ever published. This is precisely why people shouldn’t be named unless they’re charged with an offence. If it were up to The Sun, names and and addresses would have been published ‘in the public interest’ by now.
Has it been established what gender the alleged victim is. As one or 2 that I can tell are assuming male. But with no proof that i know of. Not that it matters if a crime has been committed.
And the BBC is full of wrong ens and has been for years. No one was surprised when all this came to light. And these people are getting paid by the licence fee.
