Actually just remembered I know a third person who has or at least had it. You're right except the only person saying that they were 17 is the estranged mother three years later. Huw Edwards, the person sending the pictures and three separate police forces all say that they weren't 17. And the only person accusing their own child of being a crack addict is the same estranged mother who we have already established has told a series of untruths to the sun.

Way as I read it. If a criminal offence has occurred..it doesn't automatically mean a charge will be issued.
As I pointed out in the Bill wyman incident. He had sex with Mandy Smith when she was 14. The police know that as she's openly admitted it. But she didnt report it to the police. So they took no action.
If an unsuspecting adult/of age teenager has sex with a 15 yr old with her consent. Should he ask for her birth certificate. if she says she's of age. ? Bear in mind she could be 1 day short of her 16th birthday.
It has so many parameters to be considered. but Wymans case was not one of em given the age gap.
Just the fact she didnt complain to the police.
