But it's not been negative is it? It's just my opinion is this lad who just signed from hartlepool isn't a patch on Collins and we should have got a replacement before letting Collins go.
Imo. We'll dip into the loan market if any permanent targets fail. Like Isted, there will be gems out there at higher level clubs wanting to play instead of bench warming. Or 3rd on the list. Also we might have one coming through that deserves a shot. A few have come through the ranks. And started at a higher level.
He never got dropped for the rest of the season , he was injured & when he recovered Isted kept his place on his performances, you can only get dropped if you are in the team & to be fair Isted was outstanding, which was not a reflection on Collins at all , if Isted had got injured or sent off I feel sure that Collins would have come back & would have done well but the opportunity never came .
Where did you hear that? £2.9 million for Kitchen sounds like a pretty decent deal from our perspective.
Us failing to appoint Warnock when we sacked Schopp was possibly one of the biggest acts of negligence in the entire of the history of football.
Now being reported on Sky Sports News… https://www.skysports.com/football/...a-latest-updates?postid=6171425#liveblog-body Will most likely be confirmed later today.
He a good keeper good luck to him. He was unlucky not to get his place back last season because isted made some **** ups burton, mk dons and Bolton in the play off spring to mind.
He's going there as reserve keeper, presumably? Money more important than actually playing, then.... Bye.
Good luck to Brad...our player of the season before the last one. A rose amongst thorns in that horror season....good luck mate and thank you.
Tbf to him he’s essentially just been back up here for past 6 months, if he’s only going to be back up at Coventry at least he’ll be getting more money.
He's under contract. They have £20 million burning a hole in their pocket. Robins owes us. I would start the bidding at no less than £5 million and hope that ends the speculation.
