To be honest he's got broader shoulders than I have. How some people have got the sheer hypocrisy to make the snide accusations and insinuations against him yet happily make use of the site when he takes the time and effort to host the forum in the first place beggars belief. Theres other places (Tykesmad, Twatter, Facebook) where they could post and where they'd probably be more in tune with their fellow posters.
Number 9 in the last picture is almost certainly not Norwood. Pretty sure I can see Jalo, Marsh and Cotter but wouldn't bet my house on anyone else. Doesn't look like Norwood taking the pen either.
Pathetic post. Grow up lad ffs. 9-1 is not a good scoreline and if it was the other way round we'd be gloating. So I understand some of the comments. But to have a go at Gally is uncalled for.
On a brighter note, we actually got a penalty and scored it, without a rebound. That bodes well for the season.
Are you on drugs? Was there a game today or did you dream this up? No info at all before today, or indeed today, nor any outlet of any note mentioning it anywhere, suggests it may be the latter.
I thought in the third picture, the number 9 did look like Norwood. Stocky upper body. From the first pic I think I could make out Kane, Cotter, Cadden, Lopata and maybe Williams. No idea who is taking the penalty but looks like Marsh following up. Killip in goal too I think.
Well looks like this is true, hoping this is a second string side made up of the youngsters, cos that is an embarrassing score line.
A kick about on the training pitch......not even an official friendly. I'll save my views until the end of August.
Be nice for the club to tell us don't you think? No problem with losing what was no more than a fitness exercise but fans paying hard cash for season tickets should be kept informed of what's going on . Leeds were always going to announce a 9-1 win no matter how meaningless the game.
Come on man! Were not just talking a defeat in pre season, that score is a disgrace no matter which way you look at it. It says to me it's one of two things....... 1. We were completely out played and the gulf in class was massive (very likely, a scoreline you would expect from a non league team..... Lol) 2. The players think about as much of a pre season friendly as some of the people on here, which is just as concerning as that would indicate an issue with attitude/motivation
If the Leeds team is correct, looks a strong one that. Obviously getting hammered is never good for confidence but they’re only for fitness these games. Particularly ones played on our training pitch with no fans.
