It isn't people who have physical cards that have the problem is it? It's people who chose digital cards but the club haven't sent them out

Renewed early bird. Confimation email received. Last email received from club was that one about fixture release breakfast. Nothing since.
Not only no e mail, but cannot log on to my ticket account (403 error to ticketmaster site) to check my status. Absolute shambles
I was told that a new car park pass would not be issued and to use the one for 22/23. Similar with the season ticket. I have not , as yet , received an email to get either new digital ticket. Hope that helps ( that sounds familiar ! )
Come on Paul - you're a good guy and you personally know a few of us whove been saying for weeks we've not had them. There's hundreds of us not had them. I accept i can make a mistake, but there's loads of sensible posters on here not had them through. SuperTyke, Metatarsal, JamDrop, BarnsleyLoyal, RothTyke - come on, you're talking sensible long term posters and ST holders here. There's clearly an outbound issue. Here's one; if the club are going to continue insulting the intelligence of those of us who've not been sent our tickets with this nonsense, then how about those of us who haven't received our - paid for - tickets dont bother with ST's and instead just go game to game until they sign a single league player to replace the 7 league players who've left our squad since the last first team fixture.
I mean this by the way; i'm too busy to chase this up. If the club can't be bothered to explore what is very clearly an administrative error on their side associated with those of us who have requested online only season tickets then they can just refund my credit card. I'm not pissing around chasing them up to fulfill the legal obligations they agreed to when i paid them months ago. They can just refund me. I'll have the money back i paid months ago back (that i never get my moneys worth for anyway because of the distance travelled and the games we all miss every year) and we'll call it quits. With the way this summer has gone that frankly feels like a good deal to me. Game to game it is
The email with the digital ticket comes from Ticketmaster, not bfc. Just pointing it out in case people have missed it and have been searching their emails for ones from the club.
Nothing in my email. Just despatched an email message to the Club as per their announcement. I suspect their inbox will be groaning with the number of emails they have received in respect of their announcement.
I emailed box office on 12th July about not having received my digital pass. Andrea from ticket office replied and said my digital pass had been sent on 11th July. When I replied that I hadn't received, she immediately resent it and it appeared in my inbox within 5 minutes
I’ve just logged on my eTicketing account and it shows no purchase of a season ticket in my purchase history. It should be showing as last seasons ticket showed up there.

Correct. The email address was noreply@ticketmaster.co.uk that I got sent my digital season ticket from.
