    I’ve just woken up !!!
    Seriously though, I still hope to go to a Mosconi Cup day one day.

    I think it’s at the Ally Pally this year so, health permitting, I may try and make one in.

    I’ve watched it for many years on the telly and the atmosphere seems to be special even when there’s hardly any spectators.
    It’s good to see top players playing so hard and not earning loads of dosh.
    They want to win so so much.

    As an ex 8 ball player, it’s still hard to stomach seeing balls getting potted down the cushion after hitting the cushion first.

    Looks like the ladies will fall just short. Giving away 42 off the last 3 overs looks like costing them.

    More to the point giving away 26 off the last over. Should have bowled underarm like Greg Chappell did. Gutting to lose by 3 runs.

    Sarah Glenn had too many dots batting with Sciver as well. Her SR was poor. Great showing though to come back from six down and still have a chance on Tuesday to draw. The Aussies are so good class players don't get a sniff of being in the squad like Heather Graham and especially Amanda Jade Wellington who will tear up the Hundred again in a fortnight, like she did both years it has been on so far.

    Should be a good move hopefully.
    I heard that Robinson declared yesterday that he was fully fit so thought that Anderson may be playing cos of it being Old Trafford etc .
    I seriously think we’ll win this game if it isn’t a draw weatherwise.

    What a knock by Sciver Brunt. Aussies have lost two early wickets like we did. Let's hope they don't repeat what happened next.

    I'd have been 14 when Holly Valance was first on Neighbours.

    I don't think it's possible for me to ever desire a woman as much as I did her back then.

    WELL DONE to the ladies in winning the T20 and ODI series… it is a tremendous performance but alas we don’t get the Ashes back.
