    Remember, the club haven't said that though. There's a difference between what the fans opinions are and what the club have actually said/done. Someone mentioned his brother potentially signing for Sheffield United so perhaps we'll see. Completely understandable he wants to be around family

    I'm not guessing anything - I have no idea and never claimed otherwise. Just saying it could be any reason.

    He clearly has natural talent so whatever his issues are (if any) I hope he figures them out

    Mccarthy becoming an education ambassador for us during his injury with the youth squad was brilliant - gained a lot of respect from me. Hope he comes back and smashes it. Seems a very professional and friendly lad so fingers crossed for him BigLil.

    Cheers. Not a bad result tonight. It's banished a bit of the gloom from the weekend. I just feel a bit for Shaw. I know it's a friendly but hope that miss doesn't haunt him.
