Gotta say I was disappointed. Couple of fair ride type things for kids & that was about it. Nothing really in shop. Just a bit pointless IMHO.
Glad I didn't go. Not even being able to watch the game for nothing was a pull. 4th division opponents, unreserved seating, and bugger all worth buying in the club shop.
About time they pulled the plug on open days. They have been terrible for years. Unless proper time & effort is put into these things then it’s pointless & makes us look tinpot as usual
Was better when you watched them training and then got autograohs/ photos after. Me and the young un just come for the match now.
Scoreboard looks to be working and the paint job brightens things up! Edit. Flag in West stand looks great too!
Agreed. Similarly, I don't enjoy going to the pictures so I think all cinemas should close. And London.
Not very Open. Stadium not opened up until the match (as I guess it’d be too hard to get everyone out) but it’s not really an Open Day if the place is closed except for the car park.
All true though. Our club really don't help ourselves but it's been the same for donkeys years. It doesn't matter what the make up of our ownership is, things never improve.
Asked a little one coming out of the match if they'd enjoyed the open day and that had. Showed ne the medal they'd won and were chatting about coming to their first league matches.
Stadium not opened up till match. What do you mean by that. Because folk were going in b4 1:30. ?.(or have I misunderstood) Why I'm not so sure. Other than Bar was open.
