There's constant criticism and there's constructive criticism which we all take part in when necessary. The first lot need to form a WhatsApp.group between themselves. Go to private conversation. Give each others names and bore the pants of each other with their constant barrage of negativity. Can't do it on here mate but if they travelled with us with the same constant criticism. I'd bar em. I certainly wouldnt need to consult with the rest of the committee.
Sorry but the damage was done with his naive “big news” announcement last season then not actually delivering said news. He needs to wait until the news is out until he starts coming out with statements like the one today. He dropped a massive bollock.
He spoke too soon and didn't recognise that a group of infantile supporters would continually harp on about it until their toys are handed back into their pram. That's where he dropped a massive bollock. For everybody else it's fairly obvious what's going on and they're prepared to wait until the time is right for the announcement.
It's gotten embarrassing now IMO, how some people react to literally anything the Club says. Section of people who just constantly criticise everything the Club does. I genuinely don't understand why they are fans. They don't seem to get any joy out of it.
Give us a 'G' Give us an 'O' Give us an 'R' Give us an 'E' Give us a 'D' Give us an 'S' Waddusitspel? GO REDS!
3 hours ago khaled posted about wanting to make oakwell a wall of noise, 3 hours later the club post about threatening closers of the stands if constant standing continues…..make your minds up……will the singing section go ahead
I broadly welcome the statement although I think it's a little incongruent with the happy hour and 'sit down' statements. It certainly does no harm. But it's also nothing new - over a 100 years ago John Rose, the Chairman used different language but it was a similar rallying call. The report below appeared in October 2019........
Tbf to Khaled, he has to put it out there for supporters. It's the regulations that they have to follow to have the public at football matches. Most people whenever I've been home or away do abide by stewards asking them to sit sown, although some do chunter on about it afterwards! What got me was when we we to Leeds for the FA Cup and fans were stood on the stairs and never asked to sit down. That did seem dangerous.
