Willing to take watters on loan for the season so we can bring in someone willing to break sweat?

I’m hyper critical of the club at the moment but Watters will be ok. I’m more worried about the manager and recruitment team.

I thought he tried. Just lacked quality.

Looked a poor footballer tonight, first touch, second touch. Movement. Was all off it.

There is a player in there though, and I think we need to improve what’s behind him until we get to see his qualities.

What makes you think he will be ok? He was lazy last season and started lazier this season

He’s deffo been crap this season but he’s unfit. He’s got two assists and his record per minutes weren’t bad last season. I can see why people are getting on his back though, he needs to book his ideas up!

Team needs to massively sort itself out.

Head Coach way out of his depth.

I actually think that's the opposite of his problems, he will constantly try hard ti close down defenders and get the ball so the effort is there.

The actual quality though is missing at the minute for him, he looks technically inept.

The iFollow commentary suggested that he'd put a shift in, so somebody's got it wrong. Probably not you mate.

Please god let's not start this again after 3 league games. Some on here said that exact same thing about Duff after 3 games last season and he didnt turn out so bad. Let's at least give him the chance

Especially considering we have more points after 3 games now than we did last season

Another victim of the trapdoor in the Oakwell pitch that some players fall down at the first whistle.

I didn't even notice he was playing until 10 minutes into the second half.

Did they? Jesus. I heard people shouting get stuck in watters. Do something watters. And the classic "at least your shirt won't need washing tonight watters". He was awful, strolling around and generally looking like he'd prefer to be anywhere else but on a football pitch.

I wouldn’t necessarily call him lazy, he’s just not a workhorse. We’ve lost Norwood who very much was one.

He does need to keep the ball better though, he gets pushed off it far too easily for me.

2 assists though in his last 2 games though so hopefully something he can build on.

Probably be another striker that's poor for us and then suddenly finds form at his next club :D

To me he looks like he’d rather be doing just about anything else than playing football. Or perhaps he’s simply playing a couple of divisions above his ability. Who knows?

Maybe our CEO can be asked why bringing back someone who looked rubbish in a very good team was seen as a bright idea.

Someone commented that his press is about as convincing as Bradshaw’s was. I concur.

It’s baffling why we went back in for him, he was poor last season. I doubt he’ll get more than 5 goals this season.
