I don't know what's true (well, I do, because I don't believe in fairies), but I'm definitely on your side with the maths.
It could be both were telling the truth, it’s not beyond possibility that Norwood wanted to stay but the club wouldn’t/couldn’t match Oldham offer.
Norwood had year left. He wanted to stay. Cole brings him to training. Norwood and E**en from coaching both said to me. Anyway believe what u want...I'm simply sharing
Norwood, who still had a year left on his contract and got a lift to work from Devante Cole every day so had no transport issues with coming to Barnsley, wanted to stay at the club . Jordym has been told that by Norwood himself and a coach at the club called E**en*
What cushy number was that because I thought he managed in a two and half side ground, in front of a few thousand fans, for a club that cannot be promoted even if they finish top.
And now he's upgraded to a three and half sided ground in front of a few thousand fans with rain every week, lucky lad
It's not that people don't trust them it's that people don't believe that they know how to run a successful football club and that the CEO they employ is way out of his depth
On what basis do people know they don't know how to run a successful football club? Specifically, how is our CEO out of his depth?
Don't know you from Adam.....but I certainly know you from the gist of your terrific posts tonight. The club is run by charlatans, we can't trust anyone at he club, theres no direction blah blah blah.....what's your answer? what would you do to take us forward? how would you rectify the things you moan about? Would be really interested in your response as to how best run a football club.
Previously, player sales were to be reinvested in the CLUB, be that players, wages or day to day running.
I put a long list on another thread the other day - bit hungover so can't really remember most of it, but here goes: - The Hex Debacle - The Car Park Debacle - The West Stand Debacle - I'm sick of writing Debacle already. - The Club shop being a waste of time cos unless your size extra small or 8XL then you can't buy anything. - cancelling the Watford friendly at short notice then bragging about stitching them up in a fans forum - the BIG NEWS that he still can't share with us. Idiotic to say something was happening when clearly it isn't for a while yet. Just creates unrealistic expectations. - these issues with Fanatics - Hiring Schopp - Hiring Poya - the mis-selling of season passes the other year - the mother and father of the season pass renewals this year - saying we hadn't had a successful season when we finished 4th in the championship because we hadn't attracted bids for players And added after watching last night's stream - his constant "we'll discuss that and get back to you" line of answers. Yes someone of the questions where skin crawlingly terrible, but at least do your prep so you have answers got questions that are likely to come up. Now I get that everything I've written is my opinion and is subjective. But that's the case I've presented to say Khaled is utterly out of his depth, and has shown no improvement at all over what is now numerous seasons. Oh and the Hex Debacle. How anyone could have thought that was a good idea is beyond me. I would have sacked him on the spot for that one.
