He is some keeper. His shot stopping is the right up there with what I’ve seen here for a while. No doubt he’ll have a barnstormer here all season and then have the choice of some championship clubs in the summer.
I think he’s been excellent in each of the 4 league matches. But for him, we would have been on the end of even more heavy defeats. My main worry at the moment is lack of pace by Lopata and De Gevigney. I’m hoping the latter will quicken up as he gets used to the pace and physicality of football in England, but he was way off the pace today. As for Kitching, I don’t think I’ve seen him play so badly in three consecutive games.
