Can’t see this mentioned anywhere but apologies if I’ve missed anyone’s post.

Just got an email from Fanatics saying my order will ship “no later than 04/09/2023”. So now I’ve had no later than 04/08, 18/08, 24/08 and now September.

    Not half frustrating.

    They're missing a comma:

    "Will my order ship soon?"

    "No, later than 04/09/2023."

It’s poor all round tbh. I bet there’s a fair few like you’ve mentioned in these warmer months.

Personally I’m not necessarily waiting for it for a specific thing, I just think it’s crap service from fanatics.

I’d be asking for a refund, that is pathetic.

I've not really been following the shirts situation, as it isn't something I buy. Is there a particular reason why they've been delayed so long, or are Fanatics just turning out to be as bad as everybody said?

Think JAQ and Khaled talked about supply chain issues at the meeting last Friday. Other clubs are facing the same challenges (Coventry for instance)

Looks like the CK Beckett 2016 for me again in Portugal in a fortnight.
The 1985 Brooklands Motel doesn't seem to fit no more, strangely.

My Premier League away shirt still fits me although that's more to do with it being miles too big in the first place rather than me not putting on any weight.

Be very surprised if it's anything to do with Fanatics. I'd be more inclined to point the finger towards Puma. They're the manufacturer. Fanatics can't ship the shirt as they have no stock and they have no stock because Puma haven’t supplied them with any. I guess the fault could also be with the club if they were late with the purchase order but I've no evidence of that.

Fanatics don't look like a very reputable company judging by the reviews (I've not personally purchased anything from them) but there's not a lot they can do if they haven't been supplied with the stock. The change of shipping dates will be due to changed dates of when they will receive the shirts and that will come from Puma.

I don’t think the club ever gave a proper update on when the order is submitted apparently if not ordered by Oct you will struggle to have it made by April and then shipped by container ship takes an additional time on top of this. I would surmise due to the design taking time to get approval and lack of front of shirt supplier being in place until just before the end of the season being put in place which then means once the shirts arrive they need to be unpacked sponsors printed and individually repacked again which adds on time again.
