Why don’t you auction them off on here, and give the money to charity? Barnsley hospice is a good one!

Just like to say thanks to Bfcoz for the amazing collection, he wouldn’t take any money off of me so I’ve donated £100 to Barnsley food bank.

That's a fake, surely? I don't remember us ever playing in that. The badge doesn't match the one on the home kit at that, or any other, point in time.

'You Reds' on the bottom of the back?

    This is much more believable

Had the blue 89 away at the time. I remember it had a manufacturing defect where the material gathered where it was sewn to the neck trim on one side. Looked OK if you stretched it out. Saw a few the same. Still remember picking it up from the old little ticket office building on the corner between the kop and North terrace.

    Went for £25

Some crazy prices in the sold listings for our shirts. Plenty of our fan base will be sat on a nice bit of money if they decided to sell their collection of old shirts.

Surely that's a fake. You reds on the back gives it away as well as the badge.

    Edit
    Apologies it appears here 1989/90

I've got loads home and away from around 1980. Mostly one or the other. Sometimes both. None missing year wise. Who'd have thought of some of the crazy prices they appear to go for. Never thought about selling em tbh and just handing them down. I used a few for friends and family to wear at Wembley this year. Starting from the early years Medium to 3XL over time lol.

I'll think it over mate. But feel reluctant at the mo. As I'd never considered it. Same with mi programmes. See what mi lad says, as he would be the recipient of em.

yeah no worries at all mate and certainly no pressure - just if ever the opportunity arose or if you found a duplicate in the bottom of your wardrobe or summat :)

I think the only difference may be the label. Would that help. ? I can ask him where he got it from.

As memorable as the original stars home shirt is, the away shirt of that season is forgettable.
