    Anybody think the Barnsley board have suddenly changed tack ,from buying cheap non league and free transfers to splashing the cash or was this planned from the off?

    Pollock would be a reyt signing. Saw him play a couple of times for Grimsby a few years back. Best player on park and was only a baby then.

    I think we can only confirm which one when the transfer window closes.

    As we have not paid out much as yet for incoming transfers it was always a strong possibility we would spend a couple of million as well as free transfers and non league.

    I would think we will send quite a few out on loan and would still expect Styles to leave.
