No, it’s 20% off any purchase in the online store until March 2024, upto a maximum purchase price of £500.

Next year’s kit won’t be available to order by 1st March.

It’s fair enough, but how many folk buy other bits after the kit itself? Not much I’d guess. However, I do understand that 20% off next year’s kit is not commercially viable either.

Same here. Received the e-mail three times. Different 20 per cent off voucher codes each time. Problem is after this debacle I won't be using them. George will be having the Spurs away kit for Christmas.

So you cannot use it for next seasons kit or training gear? Poor that.

Today is the first time since the 29/06 when I ordered to tell me that it’s been delayed until the 4th Sept. Been offered a 20% discount as way of an apology but I cannot see me ordering anything else now this season tbh.

    Hi Steve
Just to let you know we’ve contacted Barnsley Fc with regards your 20% voucher and made an offer for said voucher, we are hoping a deal can be done before tomorrows game

Got the same email re delay to 18th September and the 20% off thing. For me, given the excessive charges applied at the order it should have been a 20% refund on this order, not another one which may never be forthcoming if this is the standard of service to expect.

Piss-poor, given that this is the first direct communication received since the order was placed. I've had to login previously to get any indication of a delay.

Yea and no. Financially can’t afford 20% next season’s gear. That’s a loss to club.

It may well be, but I won't be buying again whilst we use fanatics and I'm pretty sure there will be a lot won't be taken in again next season, they'll sell less shirts next year so already facing a loss due to this fiasco.

Or get them made in the UK and accept a smaller margin.

I'm requesting a refund. Apparently the "agents" aren't available at the minute so looking like I'll have to wait.

Oh, and it'll be 14 days until i see my money back, obviously

Mmm, must be on my own then, cos whilst it’s annoying the shirts aren’t out yet (seriously, BFC, if you are reading, start the process for next year’s shirts 3 months earlier…or don’t change the shirts for next season, save us all some money) the 20% off voucher will come in handy, as I’m fancying one of the White away shirts and either the black or blue goalie shirt and now have to flog 20% less things to pay for them. I’m quite prepared to wait another month if they want to make it 40% off…

    "They" must read this page.

A few days of folk moaning on here and suddenly there's emails fired out left, right and centre.

The same for the season pass shambles. People were questioning how the admin was terrible, then wouldn't you know it, we've all got updates.

Maybe if we all start commenting about needing a centre half and a hairy arsed striker we'll get an email saying its all in hand.

In short expect all new items in the store to be placed 20% more than originally intended in order to offset the loss of income from having to give people 20% off due to the monumental f****** up

Let's be honest here if they truly wanted to make an apology then the 20% would have been off the product they've just purchased and being let down with not an enforced future purchase
