    Yes, exactly. I'm not advocating splurging it all tonight, but if used wisely £5 million will be a huge long-term boon, both on and off the pitch.

    My copy of Suicide Alley by the Manics is not for sale, but if someone offered me £3000 for it rather than the current market value which is around a grand, I'd deliver it by hand to the buyer. Also, I only paid £100 for it, so even accepting market value for it would objectively be a good deal for me.

    would you have turned down £5 million for kitchen and £3 million for Anderson in the last year of his contract? If so great, ring up the club tomorrow tell the board you would like to invest millions and help with running costs so we no longer need to sell players cos you can magic money out of your backside which is also seems to be the orifice you use to speak from!

    yes but as stated on record by the owners- no loans and kitching not for sale

    last season with Wembley appearance as least as much as the season ticket revenue particularly as we get a firm of parachute payment following relegation.
