    Hope so …basically they wanted to squeeze Stokes in cos he decided to come out of retirement for ODI’s and obviously the World Cup

    There’s a good article in Cricinfo mainly about Malan etc.
    His record is amazing and the fact that he’s a number 3 and left handed also helps.
    Personally, I don’t agree with Stokes just jumping back in.

    We’ve too many top batters

    If he got his head down and didn't try and smash everything he could break all the records going. Classy batsman. I think he's focussing too much on Bazball and let himself down in the Ashes. He scored some runs but it was a damp squib.

    Said to bro in law after our innings we were 30 short at least. If it hadn't been for Livingstone's innings. (The only shining light of our innings for me.) Game would be over by now.

    They won the toss and opted to bowl which seems to be the popular choice nowadays.
    Perhaps Brook and/or Malan should have used the power play better like Roy and Jonny used to do and scored a bit quicker.
    Anyway, they are a good side but beatable in 2 days time
