Top planning there. All summer with no stock to sell and they wait till they get it in to do staff training.

OK. Just what stock that you've eagerly awaited all summer will be available in the BOX OFFICE?

A politicians answer there. Completely ignores the fact that the article doesn't say anything to contradict my post

I think he's alluding to the fact that the article says that the Reds Superstore will remain open. Easy mistake to make.

I'm sure that wasn't there originally but if it is then fair enough I cocked up with that one.

Easy mistake to make if you're a "supporter" hell bent on belittling the club....

Well you say that but I don't think I've criticised the clubs transfers this summer at all when others have been criticising. I haven't complained about us selling anyone or about us buying non league players. May have made jokey comments (may not actually) but not made any real criticisms.

My moans have been at the poor communication which you can't deny have been littered with big mistakes all summer long. Mistakes that mean supporters or customers have been prevented from spending money at the club. They aren't moans for the sake of it, they are because the mistakes harm the club financially.

I'd also like to just mention at the end that while I think the communication has been awful in terms of advertising etc I still think our articles and media that aren't advertising in nature are amazing considering the budget so it isn't an attack on the media department, it's specific to the advertising and marketing

Imagine that...rushing in to slag the club off without having all the facts first.

It wasn't there originally and has been changed.

I was just about to make the same post, because I too think that general club communication is pathetic.

Careful criticising the club about anything though, it's frowned upon.

Also the link in the article? The link that explained that the shop would remain open?

I thought we were talking about the article on the official site which was only a headline and two sentences till it was seemingly edited to include the third omitted sentence
