Cambridge have announced a potential new club badge and it reminded me of when Mansford tried to changed ours a few years ago.

Controversially, I actually think our badge is looking very dated these days.

So I thought I’d ask the question. Do we need a new badge?

No thanks, the Tarn crest badge represents what the club wants that being closer links to the Town.

personally think the current crest is absolutely the right one. I've never liked the shield shape around it though.

Not for me, like the current one, i actually think the shield looks quite modern with the contrast of the history of the town depicted in the contents.

History is a huge part of football for me, and I think the crest is a big part of that. The best crests for me are the ones that have stood the test of time. Birmingham, Blackburn, Ipswich, Forest etc. Classic club crests that have been largely unchanged.

Not many badges beat our current one. There’s some very smart badges and ours is definitely up there.

Prefer Toby Tyke, who is also part of the club's heritage.

Birmingham’s is probably the worst badge in the EFL.

Hated it when we used the white Rose. Liked the Oakwell and Toby. But the present one is the best.

No keep the Town crest, the one with a giant Teddy bear ( Toby tyke) is a toe curling cringe fest imo

I've had criticism for this before, but I find coat of arms badges like ours very outdated and stale.

I'd much rather we tried something a bit more bold and original. But I know that wouldn't be a very popular move.

I loved the Rose badge we used to have, and even the old well.

All that being said, the abominations which Mansford had knocked up have thankfully been lost to the sands of time.
