Positions like this put players in a bad position when they leave the game and have no concept of how to do something simple like open a bank account.
I'm assuming that help with opening a bank account and finding a place to live is aimed primarily at newly arrived overseas players. Trust me, opening a bank account for a non-national in the UK is an absolute ballache, even if your English is flawless. Ditto renting a house or apartment. That's a bureaucratic nightmare as well for non-nationals.
and getting your kids into schools etc. Its no different to any other high paying job where the employer provides a service to help people 'settle in' don't see what the issue is tbh.
