Non-league players resenting “big club” loan players coming in taking their places? Could happen I suppose

It was like watching paint dry ,I wouldn't have paid 2 quid.
Enjoyed under 21s against Ipswich much better.

Even better reason for my giving it a miss. I enjoyed listening to our game on iFollow though.

Over the years I’ve followed my local club (Salisbury, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Borussia Moenchengladbach etc) and I really thought I should give York a bit of support as well. Doesn’t sound too encouraging though

I know. Nice new ground and surrounded with Monks Cross Shopping thing so there’s plenty to do but it feels a lot Milton Keynes in there’s not much soul in it.

Scoreboard was turned off as well which would have sent this place into flames. Certainly not worth £22.

I don’t know what the financial arrangements were when they gave up Bootham Crescent and moved to this new ground but I presume it cost the club a fair bit so maybe they’re trying to recoup some of that. I know it’s a shared ground with the rugby club but £22 is far too much for a fifth tier match.

I like the ground when there's plenty there because all those coloured seats make it look like lego.

Yeah living in York have spent far too much time at Vanguard shopping centre

Have been to the leisure centre in the stadium plenty but never been inside the stadium proper. I was thinking Marshy being on loan might mean I get round to it sooner rather than later.

Having only recently started living on the east side of York I am very impressed with the Vangarde and Clifton. Shame about that ring road that’s busy most of the time though
