Millwall Day out in big smoke Ground and fans just like BFC Proper East End Club And I like Unfashionable teams
Had plenty of great away games , one that definitely stands out , when we beat Notts forest 1-0 hourihane last minute winner
Majority of mine have been losses. I don't really have a favourite. My first away game was Chesterfield 2003/4 season which we won 2-0. It was Ridsdale's first away game I think. Can remember the sense of optimism and euphoria amongst the travelling support that we might be going somewhere under Thordarrson and Glavin.
Reading away Premiership promotion year.We won and other results dropped in.That was the day we could touch the big time.
Bradford City I suppose as I can walk it. But in general I enjoy all away games, even though we have an increasing number of followers who try make it UN enjoyable. Accrington was good. Proper throwback.
Hull. We were 2-0 down early on and game back to win 3-2. Hayes, Richards and Wright I think. All that head tennis from Ritchie paid off that night.
Not like us in any measure other than working class. Largely a bunch of thugs. Accrington is one of my favourites, friendly club, quite old school.
Liverpool 1982. As a game. Favourite to visit was Hull where we had an amazing record between 79-90 W7 D1 L0. Not bad after either 91-present W4 D1 L5 So overall since I first saw us play there. W11 D2 L5 Not really got one now. Do like a visit to Millwall though usually a good outing. Greenwich/Blackheath.
