Way he played last season, particularly second half, one of the best players in the league for me. Don't think he was reaching those heights this season. Not that he deserved dropping or anything, but maybe a wake-up call that his place in the team shouldn't be taken for granted. Doesn't seem to have done any harm...
Watching and listening to Cambridge comms, they are very impressed, reckon we're easily best side so far this season.
I think that bit of defending, that meant Roberts had to pull off a triple save, proves it is. We're so inconsistent at the moment, even within a 5 minute period. I'm of the belief our inconsistency will eventually settle down to us being consistently good, but we'll have to see. We've got an entirely new defence. And two thirds of the best midfield trio we've had for years, who would have offered them some great protection and allowed for that transition, haven't been available in most games, so, unsurprisingly, it's taking some adjusting. Or Khaled is a nob head, the owners are only here to make money out of us, the new manager should be sacked and is one of the worst we've ever had. Depends which evaluation you believe is more valid.
