    Since that final four years ago, these players have barely played 50 overs cricket.

    Get rid of that abomination. the hundred and restore the county 50 overs comp. to its rightful place.

    There's a 50 overs WC. There will never be a Hundred WC.

    Defending just over 150 and our new ball pairing is the fearsome pace attack of Chris Woakes and David Willey.

    Not their fault. Both bowled ok, probably the pick of the bowlers. Woakes went for less per over than the rest, Willey picked up a couple.

    But this whole tournament has stank of English arrogance and complacency; heads have to roll in the leadership. Coach and captain for me; sorry to repeat myself on that but this is really unacceptable. We have gone from champions to looking like finishing dead last.

    Today sums up British sport for me.

    Many think we are synonymous with not winning but, to me, it's actually doing well and then never building anything off the back of it. This World Cup, getting murdered in the Ashes in 06-07 after busting a gut to break the hoodoo in 2005, etc.

    India and Australia next two games. Nothing from them.

    Then the Dutch. That isn’t a foregone conclusion. And then Pakistan; who you’d say start favourites. We could leave this tournament having won only one or two games.

    So, so, so bad, highly embarrassing and completely unacceptable.

    The hundred needs to go imo. We've stood still, the likes of Bangladesh, Afghanistan have moved forwards. Australia started badly but they've showed the determination to turn things round.

    I think there’s only 3 or 4 squad members under 30.
    Mott must resign.
    Buttler should resign as captain( but not sure who’ll take over )
