Surely going to get sacked another massive defeat, 1 point all season, awful goal difference. Massive pressure from blades fans wanting him gone. Many wanting wilder back. I think he's doing a great job personally.
He won’t because he won’t want the embarrassment of been sacked but it’s the best thing that could happen to him. The last thing he needs is a full season of misery managing a squad nowhere near good enough for the league. I bet the clubs laughing. Their net spend is tiny & they can bank the parachute money for 4 years. Sack the gaffer & pretend they care about survival whilst giving whoever’s in charge nothing to work with.
There squad isn't great they lost some players who were good for them last season but 1 point from 10 games and a minus 22 gd. There squads no worse than lutons.
Not even sure how they managed to get promoted with that team tbh. Must've been an absolutely shocking championship
Be a bit harsh to sack a manager who got them promoted with barely a budget and a squad who never knew if they were getting paid - especially when the squad he has for the premier league is worse than the one he took up as they sold some of their better players. But it will shut the dissenting voices in the fan base up if they bring Wilder in I suppose.
They could bring in Pep or Jose But with that squad they are still finishing bottom. Sold their best players and replaced with unproven youngsters. Sound familiar
They had a good side the 2 loanees from citeh, sande berge and ndaye been outstanding all gone. Although macatee is back loaned to them.
But what did the fans expect? They've spent pretty much **** all and have a squad that is quite frankly embarrassing for PL football. Fans should be venting at their Sheikh! They sold their best play Sande Bergh to a relegation rival in Burnley. That tells you all you need to know. Hecky may walk to be honest. I'm not his biggest fan after the way he behaved towards the end of his tenure at Oakwell but he's got no chance with the current squad. Unless they spend money in January then they could be at serious risk of setting a new PL record low points total.
Not exactly gone well in his last couple of roles. Was a nightmare at Middlesbrough by all acounts. What's he going to do when the sheikh spends no money in January?!
Still can’t understand their transfer dealings selling their best 2 players in the summer. One to a relegation rival as well. He did well last season obviously but they also had a very good squad for the division. Would be a bit harsh to sack him after losing to Arsenal. Their next 2 home games are Wolves and Bournemouth (with Brighton away sandwiched in between) so they’re the games to judge on. If they don’t pick some points up from those, he could well be gone.
Sorry mate, but Poya should have got that squad into the autos too. Especially last season, a relatively poor season.
Did an amazing job in getting them promoted. Had his best two players sold with little or no time to replace them. if they sack him they are crazy. I’d have him back tomorrow.
