Tenerife. It's where we used to go on holiday all the time, pre covid. Been to there stadium a couple of times. Last time was 2017 when they were in the playoffs. So tend to follow the results a lot
If we're talking about foreign sides, I've got an affinity for St Etienne, Zenit and Tampa Bay Rowdies. Been to see all of them play and always look out for their results. My Tampa Bay affinity goes back to watching them in 92 when on holiday with my parents. The best worst match I've ever been to. Brilliantly entertaining, yet comically bad.

There will always be a affinity with the jags Ben Mosley the guy who created the mural in the lower east stand recently completed a painting celebrating the cup success of Partick Thistle Gerry Britton, Partick Thistle Chief Executive, said: “It’s difficult to do justice to Ben’s Partick Thistle masterpiece – it really does take the breath away. He’s captured all the important details of our wins in a way that is visually stunning. We are indebted to Ben, and Ronnie of course, for this most special of paintings which will take pride of place at Firhill and become a central component of our celebrations this year.” Brilliant work from Ben and also from the legend arranging it all
In September we stayed just north of Firhill in our motorhome and cycled down the canal to the city centre, passing the ground. I got out my prayer mat....
