Surprised with it being a cup game those who didn't go have the same right to tickets. I expected those who went Friday night to have first refusal.
Apologies if this has been asked and answered before but how come you get 2 loyalty points for going on the club coach - seems bizarre?
Why would they? I couldn't go to the game during to work but have been to nearly every other game home and away this season and only missed 4 last season. Should I and others be penalised because it was Friday night and couldn't get time off work?
That answer sounds more than excessively parochial to me - and there's hardly anyone puts more of a percentage of his money into the club than me. What do they want people who travel the length and breadth of the country from outside Barnsley to get to games both home and away to do - travel to Barnsley from London or elsewhere to get on a coach to Horsham just to maintain their loyalty points? That's both unfair and, frankly, crazy. What do they want people who need to travel by means other than coach by dint of physical or other characteristics to do - turn up for the bus and then pass out and cause a medical issue for others on the bus or lose loyalty points? That's again unfair and quite possibly discriminatory. Anyways this isn't putting money into the club, the club don't make profits on an external company's coach trips as far as I'm aware!
£40 seems reasonable for a round trip that can’t be much under 500 miles and around 10 hours travelling.
