Booked Derby tkts Sunday evening and not arrived yet (live in Leeds). Tomorrow or bust for the post. Is it general process for clubs to coordinate people picking them up at the ground in these circumstances? Is box office open Sat as will be passing about noon I would think?. Or am I stuffed if they don't arrive tomorrow?

I once bought tickets for Boro away and my tickets didn’t arrive. On the Friday I called the club and they told me to go to the boro ticket office when I arrived. Once I got there Barnsley had provided a list to their box office with all the names of supporters whose tickets hadn’t arrived, I basically gave them my name and the tickets were printed off and given to me. Really easy. I imagine this will be the same. I’d give the Barnsley box office a call tomorrow if the ticket haven’t arrived.

Happened to us at Derby last season, collected new tickets from away ticket office at side of turnstiles where away fans go in ground.

I don't understand why away tickets can't be eTickets/print at home. It's certainly not a technical issue. I get that the host club sends a wad of actual tickets to the visiting club, but how is that different to home games? The club must have a wad of home tickets but still does eTickets.

It does seem bizarre, esp with current state of postal system. I ordered Sunday so heaps of time. Anyhow I'm on the duplicate pick up list so pick up at an as yet undesignated place. Which means they will clearly turn up later today now I've effectively cancelled them

Must admit I am a bit concerned about the Horsham tickets I ordered yesterday. At one time when I ordered tickets to be posted I would get them next day or at worst the day after. Now the postal service is a joke where I am sometimes I get no mail for 3 or 4 days then a whole load the day after Id normally allow a week to be sure of getting them these days. Just not sure how well setup Horsham will be for issuing duplicates if they don't arrive by Tuesday lunchtime. Not going to Derby but Id expect they can issue duplicates with no problem

Similar thing happened to me at an away game last season, I had to wait till the team coach arrived to get my ticket, Burton I think it was.

Yep, I've just been told that if I don't come to the Carlisle game my Lincoln tickets will get sent on the coach!

For those wondering it was a farce collecting tickets yesterday at the ground. Absolute disgrace. They let us in. ;)
